Ordering Transcripts

You may order transcripts by sending an email to the guidance department at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address). Transcripts are normally issued in Switzerland within 5 school days of receiving your request. The cost is $20 per transcript delivery for mail and $75 per transcript delivery by courier, anywhere in the world. When ordering, please provide the following information:

• Your name and year at NJC
• The complete address(es) to which your transcript(s) must be sent. Include the phone number if delivery is by courier
• Instruction as to whether you would like the transcript(s) sent by mail or by courier
• A valid Visa or MasterCard with expiry date to which the charges can be applied

Note that during summer break (early July to mid-August) there may be a delay in issuing transcripts due to staff vacations.
